9. Wasn’t the first choice for MR. India
According to the sources, the role of Mr. India was written keeping in mind Mr. Amitabh Bacchan. But the superstar turned down the script later it was offered to Rajesh Khanna but he too couldn’t relate himself to the role of being an invisible hero. Finally, it was signed by Anil Kapoor and the movie got great buzz.
